Well, I've gone ahead and purchased the Brass Pass for the 2008 Jazz Fest. So now I'm financially committed to making an appearance every day. Feels good to get that out of the way now, and start saving $$$ for the food, drink, poster, and other memorabilia purchases once the festivities kick off. But the feeling that you know you are IN, as soon as the gates open, until they close on that final Sunday, is a good one.

And Happy Birthday to Sean, a real Jazz Fest trooper. Couldn't ask for much more, when your bday falls on Mardi Gras day. I'm sure the celebrations honored the coincidental occassion.

Ahhh, and crawfish season is blossoming. All seems well and right in the world as of now.
