The Chain Yanks Again

Ok, well, earlier I ranted about my brother-in-law's forced reintroduction to the Army. The powers that be, through a series of events blessed with luck and timing, have decided not to recall him. For the moment. Hesitantly we celebrate the fact he can continue his life. He had to drop out of school when the recall came, and it is now too late to get back in, but hey what's one semester versus 15 months of banishment?

So quietly, hesitantly for now, we are enjoying the good news. I am so happy for you my brother.
